SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items are made to order, and generally the blanks are acquired after an order is placed.

Unless otherwise noted, lease allow 10-14 days for items to ship.

Once shipped, items typically arrive in 2-5 business days.

If you need your items faster, please contact us

and we will do everything we can to ensure you get your items on time.

All items are shipped from Millburn, New Jersey,

Local pickup is available.

RETURNS

Due to the unique and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If the personalization on an item is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and

send a photo of the item. If we have made an error, we will replace the item immediately.

Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with your order,

please contact us and we will do our best to make things right.

 

PERSONALIZATION

All processing times are based upon you providing all the details required to complete your order.

Any names or other text you provide will be printed EXACTLY as you type them,

please make sure to check capitalization and spelling.

Monograms are to be provided in monogram order (First, Last, Middle)

CUSTOM IMAGES, LOGOS & ART WORK

If you would like to have an existing logo or image added to a product,

please email info@stoneyhilldesigns.com with the image file,

and we will contact you with a quote for the work. 

Generally, single color, uncomplicated designs will be little to no additional charge.

Additional fees may apply to multi color designs, along with complicated/intricate designs.
